This is truly, truly lovely. The sense of quiet companionship in the painting is extremely moving, especially Beleg's hand resting on Turin's shoulder. I was initially surprised that you had used such a bold blue on the uniform of an elf famed for stealth but, after re-examing my pre-conception that every item of 'camouflage' out to be in the Greenwood pallet, I could see how seamlessly he could blend into the kind of terrain you have drawn. This piece of art is absolutely above and beyond anything I hope to see on DA, and it cuts straight to the heart of the story. Astonishing, astonishing work, thank-you so much for drawing it.

May I ask what size the whole picture has?
The two are wonderfully detailed, I love the difference between the (very beautiful) elvish clothes of Beleg and the human style of Túrin with slightly elvish infuence. It fits very well to somebody that is proud to be a human but lives amoung elves.
It is also quite cute that Túrin yet holds his bow wrong. I don't know if it was your intention but it adds for me the story to the picture of "trying it for the first time".

A great picture with a lot to tell!
